The item is exactly as described and pictured. It is very well made and really catches the eye. The shipping was unusually slow taking 8 days to travel approximately 150 miles and the USPS tracking updates were sporadic, sometimes posting days after the date the package was scanned. The season may have factored into the delay. However, when I inquired of the vendor if he knew of an updated delivery date, an automated reply was sent stating that the vendor does not reply on weekends. That is not optimal for customer service.
