Item was broke when received but the seller gave a refund.

This is a beautiful necklace that is only marred by how it was shipped. It was in a Ziploc in a plastic envelope. The necklace was folded so it has creases. Not only that but the outer envelope was torn and the inner bag was sticking out. A little more movement and it would have fallen out and I would have received an empty envelope. Better packing/packaging would be a simple solution.
