I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I placed an order a week ago, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. The package was incomplete, and two necklaces were missing. After requesting they ship the missing items, I was ignored until I opened a case. They refunded me instead of sending the necklaces. My son’s birthday was ruined because of this, and it was embarrassing not to have the items I paid for on time. The shipping label clearly listed four necklaces, but only two were shipped. This company is unprofessional and disorganized, and I won’t be ordering again. Avoid them to save yourself the hassle. You’ll think they’re selling real jewelry the gold only last a 4 months before it starts to fade.
