I ordered a pair of sterling silver hoops. Received a different item than what I ordered. When contacting the seller letting him know I got the wrong item and wanted to know how I could get the right pair, his response was that he was refunding my money instead of saying perhaps the pair I ordered was unavailable. I thought it was poor customer service not to even respond. Will not order from this seller again.
