The earrings will be challenging to get into my granddaughters ears. That said, the earrings will be great as she will not be able to remove the earrings on her own.

I love these hoops

These are as advertised. Yes, they are hard to close but once they are they are very secure. If I planned on taking them out everyday it would be annoying but still mangable. I needed earrings that I can wear to bed that are comfortable so that my holes don't close up. These fit the bill, at least for my normal holes. I have an upper cartilage one that pressed into my ear too much when I laid on that side. I had to order two pairs so that I could get three earrings. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
