Beautiful jewelry, happy with purchase

Not sure if it is a real gemstone. It is advertised as a natural stone , but has a fake appearance. Bought as a gift and am afraid to present it.

I received pink earring studs.

Did not arrive when it was supposed to.

1 star, this item was NOT as advertised. The listing said a genuine ruby pendant, natural stone, and what arrived is obviously not a ruby and not at all as pictured. Totally different color, and clearly something cheap like dyed crystal. but I'm open to amending this if the seller processes a full refund, so I encourage them not to comment here so I can edit my review if needed.
