Since my package didn't arrive via USPS, I requested a reshipment. A month later, the original package arrived. I plan to return it to the store as soon as the second package arrives. I’m sure there are all kinds of customers, but I’m grateful to this shop for handling my situation with integrity. USPS’s service is a mess. Even though delivery hasn’t been completed, the tracking page shows “Delivered.” I can’t trust them at all. From now on, I plan to shop at stores where I can choose my own shipping method. The product is excellent!!
