I ordered four necklaces, but only received two. There is a checklist of ordered items on the shipping label. One missing item was not listed the other had a dash next to it hand written in ink. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. He agreed, but only issued a partial refund, then he stopped responding. After filing a chargeback with my bank, the seller issued another refund, but as of this moment, it has not processed, and I’m still out over $50 on merchandise that was never shipped. If you like a straightforward experience—package has all ordered items, seller accepts responsibility for errors—I would not recommend this seller.
